BY MAIL

Payments by check can be mailed to 2201 River Road, Ashland City, TN 37015. Please do not mail cash. River Road Utility District is not responsible for payments lost in the mail.

IN PERSON

Cash, Check and Debit/Credit Card payments can be made at our office which is located at 2201 River Road, Ashland City, TN 37015. We are open: 7:00AM-3:30PM Monday through Friday. You may also leave payment in drop box located in front of the office. We do not recommend leaving cash in the drop box.

BY BANK DRAFT

Once completed please return with a voided check or a letter on bank letterhead stating your account number and routing number to us and we will be happy to assist you in establishing the draft on your account. The bill will go out during normal billing and your account will be drafted the 10th of every month.

ATTENTION ALL AUTO-DRAFT CUSTOMERS: Your online account balance will reflect payment two days prior to due date. Payments will not be debited until the 10th of the month or the following business day if the 10th falls on a weekend. If you have any questions please contact our office.
